A recently refurbished and very spacious, traditional townhouse in the heart of the old town area of Teulada, in a very quiet street, however only a few minutes walk to all amenities and only 100 metres from the Plaza de la Iglesia and the Plaza de España, where there are two churches dating back many years. A small and friendly town which is close to the coastal towns of Moraira, Javea and Denia, only 6 kms and 10 minutes by car from Moraira beaches and town. 90 kms and one hour by car from Alicante airport.

We enter the property through a traditional and large wooden door. On the ground floor there is a lounge, plus a further living or dining area, a guest toilet and two other rooms, one of which is the kitchen area. The accommodation is distributed over five floors, with 4 double bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, with wooden beamed ceilings on the ground floor and first floor.
